One of our earliest recipes, this English style IPA is crisp and refreshing. It remains our top-selling ale here in Port Townsend.

This easy-drinking light ale is comprised of Pilsen, Wheat, and Vienna malts. Liberty and Willamette hops contribute to the fine flavor of this crisp and refreshing brewery favorite.

India Pale Ale

A Northwest style IPA, made with Vienna and 2-row malt. A clean and smooth malt background is complimented by notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Hops include Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra.

Originally brewed as a “single hop” Pale Ale, we got to experiment with a variety of hops from around the world. Now days we mostly use the standout favorites, Mosaic or Citra. Hey, “give the people what they want!”

Dark chocolate and roasted malts create bold cocoa and coffee flavors in this rich, dark ale. Additions of flaked barley lend a velvety smooth texture to an old-world classic. Served on nitrogen.

Originally introduced at one of our “Strange Brew” Beer Festivals here in Port Townsend, Yoda’s was an instant hit and is now available year-round here at the brewery. We start with our Golden Ale, which we then infuse with organic green tea, lemon and ginger. A unique and tasty Ale that’s developed quite a following.
