S.H.I.P. SINGLE HOP PALE: This is your chance to find out which hop variety is truly your favorite! Each limited batch we make is brewed using only one variety of hops. This time we’re showcasing “MOSAIC”. ABV 5.6%
REEL AMBER: A combination of citrusy, Yakima grown, hops, and six varieties of barley all come together to create depth and complexity in this truly amazing Amber Ale. ABV 5.6%

HOP DIGGIDY IPA: A Northwest style IPA. Made with Vienna and 2-row malt for a clean, smooth body. Late editions of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops add citrus and tropical fruit notes. ABV 6.5%
BITTER END IPA: One of our earliest recipes, this English style IPA is crisp and refreshing. It remains our top-selling ale here in Port Townsend. ABV 5.6%
THE MUNK HAZY IPA: You won’t be disappointed by this bright Hazy IPA. A New England style IPA, brewed with 100% Citra hops. It’s piney, citrusy, lemon notes, will have you coming back for more! ABV 5.6%
RYE THE HELL IPA: A healthy addition of malted Rye, create dry, crisp flavors that pair well with, ever popular, Mosaic and Citra hops. Enjoy a pint of this specialty IPA before It’s gone. ABV 6.8 %
HOP-OCALYPSE NOW IPA: Huge hop presence in this Imperial IPA. High ABV and citrus flavors of Simcoe and Chinook, are balanced with a touch of caramel malt. Enjoy while there’s still time!!! ABV 8.2%

P.T. PORTER: This full- bodied ale has a subtle hop bitterness and is complimented by additions of dark caramel and chocolate malts to create a rich and dark ale. ABV 6.9%
PEEPING PEATER SCOTCH: An array of brown, roasted, and caramel malts combine to create this rich and malty ale. A small addition of peat-smoked barley adds a subtle layer of intrigue to this local favorite. ABV 6.6%
STRAIT STOUT: Dark chocolate and roasted malts create bold cocoa and coffee flavors in this rich, dark ale. Additions of flaked barley lend a velvety smooth texture to an old-world classic. Served on nitrogen. ABV 6.9%
LADY DEATH: An Imperial Stout with a smooth and velvety texture. Notes of Rum, molasses, rasin and dark chocolate, add to the complexity of this intense Dark Ale. ABV 9.4 %
P.T. WINTER ALE: Our Winter Ale is made from a blend of pale, caramel, and chocolate malts. This combination creates complex flavors, reminiscent of an English “Old Ale.” Cascade hops for a NW finish!!! ABV 7.0%
GOAT 45: A European style ale with a “KICK.” Light bodied, but velvety in texture. Pilsen, Caramunich and Belgian malts, combined with European Noble hops. ABV 7.5%
